The scrutiny you will be under will highlight anything that you don’t know about your vehicles and your business and you will have to answer some serious questions. You and your procedures will be examined in minute detail and any shortcomings found could be used in a prosecution against you in due course.

The less costly option is the one below, a policy properly written and implemented or the very costly option of us trying to deal with the Police or Health and Safety Executive to keep you away from the courts and away from an unlimited fine or a prison sentence. In addition to the policy each client gets access to our vehicle advice line, where they can check legislation or gain general advice at no additional cost to the client. This means that each client is able to know what rules affect their business, before they fall foul of those rules.
The policy is provided at a one off cost of £395.00 excluding VAT and the only ongoing cost is an annual Enforcement Liaison Agreement retainer of £60.00 per annum.
