One area of this is the new HMRC advisory fuel rates which are due to change on the 1st July 2009, the rates have fallen in line with the drop in fuel rates recently, but they are timed to co-incide with a new rise in fuel prices. ACFO will be canvassing it members for their opinions very soon.
