I had a call from a client this week from a worried business owner. Their top salesman had been caught speeding, AGAIN!
There was a real chance of the salesman getting a 12 month driving ban as he was going to have more than 12 points on his licence. What could he do? He felt that all was lost.
Fortunately we have a number of solutions available for him and we might even manage to keep his salesman on the road, but a lot slower.
We are sending the driver for a little bit of re-education in the driving arena, appointing a solicitor to plead his case at court and fitting him or his vehicle with some telematics to monitor whether the re-education has worked.
If all of this is good enough for the magistrates then we might, just might keep our clients business moving in the right direction.
