The power of Teamwork and organisation
Yesterday saw the crowning of a new Formula One world champion and a new constructors champion at the same time.
At the start of the season this was a team that was unlikely to make the grid, but with a herculean effort that have not only made the start but beaten the opposition over the season and been victorious.
I think that Ross, Jenson, Rubens and the rest of the team deserve all of our plaudits for delivering such a great result from the ashes of Honda’s withdrawal.
If ever there was an inspiration to continue working, this was it.
Well done to BRAWN GP!

Formula One success is a great example of integrated and cohesive team performance.
There can be little ego in these successes – time and time again I have heard credit for team success given to the other members in the teams by the winning drivers.
