What should go bump in the night
That’s right it’s Halloween, the pumpkins are carved and it is the night that the children go out to do trick or treat around their neighbourhood. There will be a wide variety of costumes and I am looking forward to seeing witches, ghosts, vampires, pumpkins and the odd Frankenstein’s monster. The important thing to bear in mind about these costumes is that they are in the main BLACK, so the children will blend into the night and your drivers will find it difficult to see them.
My advice to drivers is be extra vigilant tonight and to those of you with children, either escort them and be visible yourself or build something white or reflective into their costume. That way the bump in the night will not be a child on the front of your vehicle.
The only dead I want to see this Halloween are the Zombies around the graveyards.
